Shipping policy
Domestic US Shipping: Most of our products are made specifically for you once you finalize your order. Because of this, delivery times may take a day or two longer than the "big box" stores. In most situations, your product will be produced 1-2 business days after your purchase and delivered to you 2-5 business days thereafter, depending on your location. Shipping rates are calculated at time of check out based on transaction amount - $0.01 to $25.00, shipping is $5.99, $25.01 to $74.99 shipping is $8.99, and orders over $75.00 ship free (excluding wall art). Wall art ships from $9.99 to $29.99 per item depending on the size of the artwork. Occasionally, orders may be placed with multiple suppliers. In this instance, your shipping may appear inflated. This is because our product must ship from multiple sources. Free shipping discounts are not combinable with select other promotions. International Shipping: these shipments follow the same guidelines as Domestic US Shipping listed above, but we do not collect taxes, VAT, or other duties that may be charged to you. This means you may be responsible for paying these duties to your local authorities before they release your goods to you. In addition, shipping times outside of the US may differ from those listed above. In general, domestic shipping can take 10-15 business days longer than the Domestic US Shipping. Shipping costs will also vary and will be added at check out.
Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction. Thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions that can have a global impact.
Gift Cards are delivered electronically. Once your transaction is complete, you will receive a separate email with the gift card digital code information. Physical gift cards are not available. Therefore, shipping charges will not be collected for gift card transactions. All gift card codes will be active and ready for use immediately on our online store.
