At Pegasus Pride, every item is crafted with care. Many of our products are made‑to‑order, created especially for you once your purchase is finalized. Because of this custom production process, shipping timelines may differ from those of large, mass‑market retailers.
Domestic U.S. Shipping
Production Timelines
Most orders are produced within 2–10 business days after purchase.
Select items—such as shoes and purses—may require 14–16 business days for production. In addition, these timelines may increase during peak holiday seasons, such as before, during, and after pride month and the holiday season (Christmas).
Once your order ships, delivery typically takes an additional 2–5 business days, depending on your location within the United States.
U.S. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order subtotal:

Please note: Wall art and luggage are excluded from the $75 free‑shipping minimum. Shipping for these items will be calculated at checkout.

Partner‑Fulfilled Items
Certain items in our store are produced and shipped by one of our verified partners. When an item is fulfilled through a partner:

Tariffs & Import Fees (U.S. Orders)
Tariffs are not collected at checkout. Due to evolving U.S. trade regulations, some orders may be subject to tariffs at the time of delivery. Any applicable tariffs are the responsibility of the customer and are non‑refundable. In some cases, these fees must be paid before your order is released for delivery.

International Shipping
International orders follow the same production timelines as domestic orders. Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing, and may take 10–20 additional business days beyond standard U.S. delivery estimates.
We do not collect international taxes, VAT, customs duties, tariffs, or import fees at checkout. These charges, if required by your local authorities, are the responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid before your order is released for delivery.
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination.
Gift Cards
All gift cards are delivered electronically.
- A separate email containing your digital gift card code will be sent after purchase
- No physical gift cards are available
- No shipping charges apply
- Gift card codes activate immediately and can be used right away
Lost Packages & Shipping Delays
At Pegasus Pride, we take great care in producing, packaging, and handing off your order to the carrier. Once a package leaves our facility, it is in the custody of the shipping carrier, and transit‑related issues are outside of our direct control.
Shipping Delays
Delivery times may vary due to carrier volume, weather conditions, customs processing, or other external factors. While we cannot guarantee delivery dates once a package is in transit, we always provide tracking information so you can monitor your shipment.
If your package appears delayed, we recommend:
- Checking your tracking link for updates
- Allowing extra time during carrier backlogs or severe weather
- Contacting the carrier directly for the most accurate information
We’re happy to help interpret tracking updates, but we cannot reroute, expedite, or modify shipments once they are in transit.
Lost or Missing Packages
A package is considered “lost” only when the carrier officially designates it as such.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please:
- Confirm the shipping address on your order
- Check with neighbors, household members, or building management
- Look for delivery notices or parcel lockers
- Contact the carrier to open an investigation
Because carriers assume responsibility once a package leaves our facility, Pegasus Pride is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, misdelivered, or delayed by the carrier.
If the carrier confirms a package is lost after their investigation, email us at info@pegasuspride.co and we will review your case to determine next steps.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund. If you notice an error, contact us immediately—changes cannot be made once an order has shipped.
Tracking Issues
If your tracking number shows no movement for several business days, we recommend contacting the carrier for clarification. We can assist by confirming shipment details, but we cannot override carrier processes or timelines.
