Domestic US Shipping: Most of our products are handmade specifically for you once you finalize your order. Because of this, delivery times may take a day or two longer than the "big box" stores. In most situations, your product will be produced within 2-6 business days after your purchase (shoes can take around 14 business days) and delivered to you 2-5 business days thereafter, depending on your physical location. Shipping rates are calculated at time of check out based on transaction amount - $0.01 to $25.00, shipping is $5.99, $25.01 to $74.99 shipping is $8.99, and orders over $75.00 ship free (wall art and luggage are excluded from the $75 minimum for free shipping). International Shipping: these shipments follow the same guidelines as Domestic US Shipping listed above, but we do not collect taxes, VAT, or other duties that may be charged to you.  This means you may be responsible for paying these duties to your local authorities before they release your goods to you.  In addition, shipping times outside of the US may differ from those listed above.  In general, domestic shipping can take 10-15 business days longer than the Domestic US Shipping.  Shipping costs will also vary and will be added at check out.

Gift Cards are delivered electronically.  Once your transaction is complete, you will receive a separate email with the gift card digital code information. Physical gift cards are not available. Therefore, shipping charges will not be collected for gift card transactions. All gift card codes will be active and ready for use immediately on our online store.
