Pride Points Loyalty Program – Additional Terms & Conditions
The Pride Points Loyalty Program includes multiple membership tiers. Tier status is determined by a member’s cumulative eligible purchase spend within a designated period. Advancement to higher tiers is based on annual eligible spending and is reviewed every 12 months.
Earning Points
Pride Points are awarded on eligible purchases only after orders have been successfully paid, settled, and fulfilled. Certain purchases may be excluded from earning points, including but not limited to gift cards and other items that may be excluded in the future.
General Program Rules
Pride Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for cash, credit, debit, or gift cards. The Pride Points program carries no implied warranties. Points may only be redeemed during designated redemption periods and may be combined with discounts, offers, or coupons unless otherwise stated. Only one (1) redeemed reward or discount may be applied per transaction.
Any Pride Points reward is void if altered, defaced, duplicated, transferred, or sold, including through online auctions or resale platforms. Pride Points are applied after all applicable discounts, coupons, taxes, and fees. Points may not be redeemed toward the purchase of gift cards.
Returns & Adjustments
For merchandise purchased using Pride Points, the return value will first be applied to the original payment method. Any remaining balance will be credited back to the customer’s Pride Points account. Points earned from returned merchandise may be deducted from the member’s account.
Shipping Rewards
Free Standard Shipping rewards apply only to eligible items shipped within the contiguous United States. Shipping rewards are calculated after discounts and before taxes, additional delivery charges, or other applicable fees. Additional restrictions may apply.
Percentage-Off Rewards
Percentage-off Pride Points rewards require payment of applicable sales tax and cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, coupons, rebates, or offers. Pegasus Pride LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue these offers at any time.
Eligibility & Account Requirements
Participants must be 18 years of age or older. Customers must create an account by providing required personal information, including name and email address. Birthday points are awarded once per year and require the birth date to be submitted at least 30 days in advance.
Point Accumulation & Tier Status
Points are earned based on eligible spending—higher spending results in greater point accumulation. Points do not expire; however, membership tiers reset every 12 months. Members who do not meet the requirements of their current tier will be adjusted to the appropriate tier based on their qualifying activity at the end of the review period.
Program Changes & Termination
Pegasus Pride LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Pride Points Loyalty Program, including how points are earned or redeemed, at any time, with or without prior notice. Pegasus Pride LLC may also withdraw Pride Points from a member’s account at its sole discretion.
